The Canillo Tibetan Bridge is the second longest Tibetan bridge in the world.
This type of bridge, also known as a suspension bridge, is characterized by its long cables and wooden planks that span cliffs and rivers. Originating in the mountainous regions of Tibet, these bridges offer an exciting experience while enjoying breathtaking views.
It is 603 meters long, ranging from 1,875 meters above sea level on the Armania side to 1,884 meters above sea level on the Coll de la Cauba side. This activity is designed for round-trip travel, so its one-meter width allows for two-way access.
Access to the Tibetan Bridge of Canillo is only possible by bus from the village of Canillo or from the parking lot at the Mirador del Roc del Quer. With the purchase of a ticket to the Tibetan Bridge of Canillo or the Tibetan Bridge of Canillo + Mirador Roc del Quer package , bus transportation is free.
Access to the Tibetan Bridge is from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with passes every 30 minutes. Time slots can be reserved when purchasing tickets. Children under 5 are free.
From the Tibetan Bridge bus stop to the bridge's entrance, you'll walk along a 900-meter-long path with unbeatable views of the central valley of the Canillo Parish and the mountains where the Grandvalira ski slopes are located.
Access to the Tibetan Bridge is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. These are mountainous areas where there are obstacles that cannot be overcome by people with reduced mobility.
