The distillery's museum and winery are located within an old farmhouse from the early 20th century, a building with a rich history that will give us an insight into the history of this popular distillery.

This distillery was founded in 1896 by Carmelite monks who began distilling liqueurs in the basement of the Carmelite monastery outside Benicàssim. Gradually, the distillery expanded, and due to the need to improve the distillery's communications with the outside world, as well as the expansion, the distillery moved to a villa located in the town of Benicàssim. To this day, it remains the main headquarters and museum of this liqueur distillery on the Costa del Azahar.

The distillery produces liqueurs and sweet wines, including gin, vodka, coffee liqueur, rice cream liqueur, hazelnut liqueur, and other distillery-specific liqueurs.

The distillery-museum is open to the public every day of the year, and a tour of the facilities with tasting of the liqueurs produced there is organized. Visitors can also purchase these high-quality liqueurs, which have won several awards over the years, at manufacturer's prices.
