The Principality of Andorra has two main ski resorts, GrandValira being one of them. Dedicated exclusively to the practice of Aplinian skiing, GrandValira is located in the northern part of the country and its slopes extend almost to the border with France.

                We are talking about the largest ski area in the Pyrenees, with approximately 200 skiable kilometers and definitely being a point that any lover of this sport would like to visit. However, the offer at this station is quite wide. Apart from the ski slopes, the location of GrandValira is a special one since in its vicinity there are several towns with great charm and surrounded by a fairy-tale green landscape in summer, while in winter the white color of the snow dominates. . The closest towns to the alpine ski resort are El Tarter , Canillo to the west,Soldeu andPas de la Casa to the east. All of these towns are worth visiting since each of them also has a wide range of services ready to satisfy any need, be it shops, bars, restaurants and hotels or holiday apartments in terms of accommodation.

Grandvalira is the largest ski resort in Andorra and the Pyrenees, made up of several interconnected sectors: Pas de la Casa, Grau Roig, Soldeu, El Tarter, Canillo, Encamp and Peretol. Each sector offers different experiences, from beginner slopes to freestyle and off-piste areas.

Grandvalira has more than 210 km of slopes, making it the largest ski resort in the Pyrenees.

The season typically begins in mid-December and runs through April, depending on snow conditions.

With the Grandvalira Andorra Pass, you can enjoy 308 km of slopes spread across the three ski resorts in Andorra. As well as accessing the six sectors of Grandvalira, the largest resort in the Pyrenees and in southern Europe, you can also ski in Pal Arinsal and Ordino Arcalís, further expanding your experience in the snow.
