The delivery of keys will be made as indicated in the service voucher that you should have received in the email just at the end of the booking.

To check the place to pick up the keys of your apartment just enter your last name, the destination you are traveling to and the date you will arrive (date of entry to the apartment) and we will show you the specific information of your reservation.

Comment that one set of keys is delivered per apartment. In very specific cases it could be considered to give a second set of keys

TYPOLOGY

We have apartments, studios, chalets or villas among our product whose typology will depend on the cases:

• Studios: they are one-story buildings without separate bedrooms, the living room serves as a bedroom and in many cases this space is also shared with the kitchenette. In either case, the bathroom will always be independent. Sometimes the studios have a reserved space or cabin.

• Apartments: they are one-story buildings with independent bedrooms and that vary depending on each complex. They are always specified with the number of rooms and its maximum capacity.

• Chalets and villas: they are buildings with the same typology as the apartments but that have 2 heights and direct access from the street to it.

DISTRIBUTION

The capacity and distribution in any case is indicated in each reservation option, as a general rule or by the number of specific rooms in each apartment and the maximum capacity of each one or specified by a series of numbers (2/4, 4 /6, 6/8, 2/6, etc.).

The first number will tell us the number of people who are going to sleep in beds (double, single or bunk beds) and the second number the maximum capacity that each property can accommodate, the difference between the two numbers being the number of people that They will sleep on sofa beds.

Example: in a 2/4 apartment , 2 indicates that it has a room with beds for 2 people, and 4 indicates the maximum number of people that can stay in it, of which 2 will sleep on sofa beds.

 

Our accommodation is equipped for holiday stays. The specific amenities available in each apartment can be found in the “Features” section of each accommodation’s description.
All accommodation includes sufficient bed linen and household items for a holiday stay. The equipment provided is appropriate for the capacity of each accommodation.
If, during your stay, you notice that any of the items included or specified for the accommodation are missing, we recommend contacting the staff so they can check and, where appropriate, replace them.

Equipment

Linen

All our apartments include bed linen for all guests included in the booking, regardless of the apartment’s capacity. Bed linen will be provided for the number of people listed on the booking.
It is therefore important that guests inform us of the total number of people who will be staying at the property.
Mountain apartments include towels as well as bed linen, under the same conditions as the bed linen: one set per person.
Beach apartments do not include towels. Guests may bring their own or rent them at reception. The rental fee is charged per set, consisting of one hand towel and one bath towel. Each time guests wish to change their towel set, they will need to pay the corresponding supplement.
Kitchen towels and table linen are generally not included.

Kitchenware
The apartments are provided with kitchenware appropriate for the maximum capacity of each property and include at least one of each of the following items per person:

• Cutlery: knives, forks, tablespoons and teaspoons.
• Tableware: glasses and plates.

For cooking, the following items will also be provided in quantities appropriate for the capacity of the accommodation:

• Frying pans.
• Saucepans.

Furniture and appliances
All apartments will include the following basic equipment:

• Television: type of television and available channels are not specified.
• Microwave.
• Kitchen: either electric, gas or ceramic hob.
• Fridge: either a fridge-freezer or a single unit, and will include both a refrigerator and freezer compartment.

If the apartment has air conditioning but does not have central heating, heating will be provided through the same air-conditioning unit using the “heat” mode.
Some apartments may provide additional kitchenware/equipment, such as a coffee maker, toaster, washing machine or dishwasher. If this is the case, it will be specified in the features of each property.

Beds
All our apartments have enough beds for the maximum capacity of each accommodation. These beds may include:

• Double bed.
• Single beds.
• Bunk beds.
• Sofa beds.
• Trundle bed.
• Extra bed: available on request and cannot be guaranteed. It may never exceed the maximum capacity of the accommodation.

Preferences
Guests may request preferences when making their booking regarding any requirements they may need or consider important, such as bed type, bath or shower, views, floor, layout, etc.
Please note that preferences are always taken into account and we will try to accommodate them, but they cannot be guaranteed and are not confirmed until arrival at the accommodation.

Consumables
The consumables provided with the accommodation are complimentary and intended for initial use only, not to cover the needs of the entire stay. Once they have been used up, guests will need to purchase any additional products they require themselves.
This section lists the consumables that are generally provided and those whose availability is not guaranteed. Some accommodation may offer additional consumables, whose availability may vary depending on the features of the accommodation. If in doubt, we recommend checking directly with reception at your destination.

Cleaning
A basic cleaning kit is provided in the apartments and includes:

• 1 cleaning cloth.
• 1 scouring pad.
• 1 sachet of dishwashing detergent.

The apartments are equipped with cleaning items such as a mop and broom, but cleaning products such as floor cleaner, bleach or similar products are not provided.

Personal hygiene
The availability of personal hygiene products is not guaranteed and may vary depending on the type of accommodation and its features. To check whether a specific product is available, we recommend contacting the accommodation in advance.

Toilet paper
A small amount of complimentary toilet paper is provided.

Food and condiments
As a general rule, food products and condiments are not provided, including:

• Salt.
• Oil.
• Sugar.
• Coffee.
• Other food products.

Entry and exit cleaning is included in the stay. However, before leaving the accommodation, a number of basic check-out conditions must be met:

•    Leave the used bed linen and towels in the shower/bathtub of the accommodation.
•    Clean, dry and put away the crockery used during the stay.
•    Fold and place the blankets in the corresponding wardrobes.
•    Turn off the lights and shut off the gas supply, if applicable.
•    Turn off the heating and/or air conditioning.
•    Dispose of rubbish in the bins.

Failure to comply with the check-out conditions may result in the consequences established in the booking conditions.
In hotels, the check-out conditions will be those of each establishment.

The general check-in and check-out times for our accommodations are as follows:

• Check-in from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
• Check-out until 10 a.m.

However, we recommend checking the “booking conditions” for each accommodation to confirm the specific times applicable to your destination.
Arrivals and departures outside these times may incur additional charges.

For check-ins and check-outs outside these times, you must contact the staff at your destination at least 24 hours in advance using the telephone number provided with your travel documentation (once the booking has been made).

For arrivals outside the established times, it is essential to call the contact telephone number provided in the documentation for each booking, within the 24 hours prior to check-in so that our staff can provide information about where and how to collect the keys. No other forms of contact are accepted for this matter.

A deposit of €150 is usually required at all our accommodations, although this amount may vary depending on the location, the booking dates and the type of trip. The sole purpose of requesting this deposit is to ensure the proper use of the accommodations and their common areas. The exact amount of the deposit can be found in the “booking conditions” of each accommodation. Upon the guests’ departure, Apartamentos 3000 will inspect each property for any possible damage and, if any damage is found, the corresponding charges will be made to the guest’s account.

The deposit is made by placing a hold on a bank card when the guest checks in (online or in person), or a few days before arrival in the case of large groups. The money never leaves the guest’s bank account; the deposit amount is simply held and will remain available to Apartamentos 3000 until the condition of the accommodation has been checked after the guest’s departure.

Apartamentos 3000 staff will be responsible for inspecting the accommodation upon the guest’s departure and will give the order to release the deposit. The deposit release period will generally not exceed 24–48 hours. If the guest experiences any delay in its release, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible. Once the deposit has been released, the guest will not see a payment into their bank account, but rather the removal of the hold.

For international transactions, many banks may take up to 7 days to update the information, depending on public holidays. The date on which this hold is released depends on the conditions agreed between the guest and their bank, which can normally be found in the terms and conditions of their bank card.

Depending on each bank’s management system, the period during which the deposit remains on hold may not be able to exceed 7 days. In these cases, if more than 7 days pass between the date the hold was placed and the guest’s departure from the accommodation, the bank will place a new hold and cancel the previous one, sending the guest a receipt showing both transactions. The guest will be able to see these hold and release transactions in their account activity. It is important to clarify that, in none of these deposit hold transactions does the money actually leave the guest’s bank account.

Some of our complexes called VARIOS do not have a specific address. This is a roulette offer in which the booking is confirmed for a specific type of apartment within a particular area or location, but not in a specific complex. The complex is confirmed at the time of check-in. Guests may indicate their preferred complexes, which will be taken into account but cannot be guaranteed under any circumstances.

Guests can identify this type of product by names such as Apartamentos Varios Alcoceber 3000, Apartamentos Varios Oropesa 3000...

The photos of all resorts are 100% real and representative of each resort. As we own dozens of apartments in each complex, it is impossible for us to have all the rooms of all the apartments on the website, however all the apartments are represented in the photos. Thus, the photos will not belong to an apartment in question so the customer can not assume that the apartment to be booked will be exactly the one in the images.

Also, the reservation is confirmed in a type of apartment with specific characteristics that the customer chooses and selects, but is not confirmed the specific apartment in question, this will be confirmed at the time of arrival. However, any preference of the client will be taken into account and we will try to provide it

Complementary and exclusive services at each accommodation usually incur an additional charge, which can be paid during the booking process on our website or directly at the accommodation at the time of check-in. All extra services subject to an additional charge are subject to availability.

Services that usually incur additional charges include: climate control, air conditioning, heating, parking, pets, Wi-Fi, towel rental, cots, late check-out, late check-in or early check-in.

Some apartments may offer some of these services free of charge. If this is the case, it will be indicated in the description of each establishment.

Please note that our apartments do not include any tourist taxes legally established by each locality at any given time.

We remind you that for safety and legislation minors must travel accompanied by an adult who is responsible for them.

In case the adult is the father, mother or guardian of the child and travels with him/her, no additional documentation is required at check-in, but in case the parent or guardian does not travel with the minor, the guest will have to present along with the documentation during check-in a receipt in which the parent or guardian authorizes the minor to travel accompanied by an adult member who will occupy the same apartment as the minor. In addition to this consent, the adult who will be responsible for the minor must sign their consent.
