Apartamentos 3000 regularly collaborates with various NGOs and social organizations, donating part of the reservations made by our clients during specific campaigns and making financial contributions to reinforce the work of these non-profit entities, so necessary in our society.

These are some of the social organizations with which Apartamentos 3000 has been collaborating in recent years:

During the summer and winter 2023 campaign, Apartamentos 3000 collaborates with the NGOs Moms in Action , which accompanies and provides psychological support to hospitalized children who, due to various situations, do not have anyone to accompany them in their hospitalization process; and with the Todo Ayuda Foundation , so that children at risk of social exclusion have decent clothing during the spring and summer of 2023.

Best price guarantee. We manage more than 100 complexes on our own, WITHOUT INTERMEDIARIES! That is why we make sure that we can offer you the best price.
No management fees or cancellation. We do not charge any extra management or cancellation fees for modifications or cancellations on dates in which the reservation is not in fees.
Do not pay everything until your arrival. We know how important it is for our clients to be able to delay the payment of the reservation and for this reason we do not charge it in full until arrival at the apartment. Pay 25% at the time of booking as a guarantee and the rest when you arrive at the apartment. If the reservation is canceled without charge, we will refund this amount.
Care from start to finish. Both before, during and after, our staff will assist you and resolve any type of incident. Our customer service staff is operational 24 hours a day for any type of emergency before arriving at the apartment and afterwards, our receptive staff at each destination will ensure that you feel at home.
