TYPOLOGY

We have apartments, studios, chalets or villas among our product whose typology will depend on the cases:

·       Studios: they are one-story properties without separate bedrooms, the living room serves as a bedroom and in many cases this space is also shared by the open-plan kitchen. In any case, the bathroom will always be independent. Sometimes studios have a reserved space or cabin.

·         Apartments: These are one-story properties with independent bedrooms that vary depending on each complex. They are always specified with the number of rooms and their maximum capacity.

·         Chalets and villas: these are properties with the same typology as the apartments but have 2 floors and direct access from the street to them.

DISTRIBUTION

The capacity and distribution in any case is indicated in each reservation option, as a general rule either by the number of specific rooms in each apartment and the maximum capacity of each one or specified by a series of numbers (2/4, 4 /6, 6/8, 2/6).

The first number will tell us the number of people who will sleep in rooms and the second the maximum capacity that each property can accommodate, in such a way that:

·        Apartment 2/4: 2 indicates that it has a double room and 4 that it can accommodate a maximum of 4 people (2 places in a bedroom + 2 places in the living room)

·        Apartment 4/6: 4 indicates that 4 people will sleep in double bedrooms (2 bedrooms) and that the total capacity of the property is 6 people.

·        Apartment 2/6: 2 indicates that only 2 people can sleep in the bedroom (double) and that the maximum capacity is 6, so another 4 will sleep in the living room (in beds and sofa beds).

· Apartment 3/5: 3 indicates that only 3 people can sleep in the bedroom (triple) and that the maximum capacity is 5, so another 2 will sleep in the living room (in beds and sofa beds).

This will be the type of nomenclature in any of our apartments.

 

BEDS

In all our apartments there are enough beds for the maximum capacity of each accommodation, these beds can be:

·         Double bed

·         Single beds

·         Bunk beds

·         Sofa beds

The sofa bed will never be inside a bedroom, but in apartments or studios with several beds in the living room, there may be sofa beds, bunk beds, single or double beds.

Clients can request preferences when making the reservation, they are always taken into account but are not confirmed until  At the time of arrival at the apartment, the number of sleeping places is guaranteed but not their typology.

 

LINGERIE

The apartments come provided with bedding for all guests who are part of the reservation, so it is very important that we have knowledge of all guests since the apartments are prepared based on the occupants and not based on capacity; If an apartment can accommodate up to 6 people but only 2 are included in the reservation, the apartment will be provided with linen for 2 people.

In mountain destinations, towels are also provided for clients who make the reservation. In beach destinations, clients can rent towels at reception.

The apartments are not provided with tablecloths or kitchen towels .

 

CLEANING

The delivery of the apartment is done with a basic cleaning kit for a first and only use, this kit usually includes a cloth, scouring pad and soap.

The apartments are provided with cleaning supplies (mops and brushes) but not cleaning products ( floor cleaners , bleach...).

The apartments include both the  Entry and exit cleaning but they must be delivered collected and in the same state in which they were on the day of entry.

 

HOUSEHOLD

The apartments are delivered with household items according to the maximum capacity of each property and will have at least one unit for each person of:

·         Cutlery: knives, forks, spoons and teaspoons

·         Tableware: glasses and plates

To cook you will have the following elements also in accordance with the capacity

·         Pans

·         Saucepans

·         Tureens

Some apartments may provide other additional household items such as a coffee maker, toaster, washing machine or dishwasher. If this is the case, it will be indicated in the characteristics of each establishment.

 

EQUIPEMENT

All apartments will have a minimum of equipment

·         Television : without specifying type of television or available channels

·         Oven: either electric or microwave

·         Kitchen: either electric, gas or ceramic hob

·         Refrigerator: it will either be combi or single and will have both a refrigerator and a freezer

If the apartment has air conditioning and does not have central heating, the heating will be using the same air conditioning unit in “heat” mode and will incur a supplement.

In winter mountain destinations, heating will always be included in the price of the apartment.

In beach destinations there are many apartments that do not have heating, due to the type of buildings in the area. In the description of the accommodation it will be specified if it has heating, but if you have any questions, we are at your disposal to inform you. 

 

BOOKINGS

To guarantee the reservation, a deposit of at least 30% of the reservation is generally requested, which will be charged at the time of making the reservation or within 24 hours if payment is made by transfer.

The remaining 70% is paid at reception upon arrival.

This amount is independent of the different cancellation policies of each reservation so that if the reservation is canceled before it has generated expenses, this amount will be refunded.

A reservation marked with the NR label means that a Non-Refundable rate is chosen. It is a cheaper option because it is a less flexible rate that does not allow any changes or cancellations.

 

SCHEDULES

The general schedules are as follows:

·         Tickets from 5 to 8 p.m.

·         Departures until 10 am

Arrivals and departures after hours may carry supplements.

For departures and arrivals outside these hours, you must consult the staff at each destination at least 24 hours in advance on the telephone number provided with the travel documentation (once the reservation is made).

For arrivals after hours, it is essential to call the reception of each apartment by phone within 24 hours prior to entry so that our staff can discuss the place and manner of collecting the keys. Contact must be by phone call and not by email, WhatsApp or other means with the sole purpose of ensuring that the conversation has taken place. With this contact we intend to avoid contacts from clients who notify them of their arrival time, assuming that the destination staff will read it and that due to any problem (bad connection, workload...) our staff does not read it on time. the message and when the client arrives at the destination he does not meet anyone.

BAIL

In all our apartments, a deposit is requested upon arrival, which varies depending on dates and destinations and whose sole purpose is to guarantee the proper use of the apartment and its common areas. Upon departure, each property will be checked to check for possible damage. If any type of damage is found, these will be charged to the deposit account.

The deposit can be delivered in cash or by blocking a credit card. In the case of deposits by credit card, the money never leaves the client's current account, the amount as deposit is simply blocked and will be available to Apartamentos 3000 until the status of the apartment is verified. Once the deposit is refunded, the client will not see a deposit in their checking account but rather the elimination of the block made on the day of entry.

 

ROULETTE OFFERS

Some of our complexes called VARIOS do not have a specific address, it is a roulette offer in which the reservation is confirmed in a specific type of apartment within a specific perimeter or locality but not in a complex in question, this complex is confirmed at the time of check -in. Guests can indicate resort preferences that are taken into account but not confirmed in any case.

RATES

The price shown on our website is the total for the number of people and stay selected in the search engine, taxes included. In the event of obvious rate errors consisting of computer errors, Apartamentos 3000 reserves the right to cancel the reservation due to manifest error. In this way, any reservation with a 0 amount, a negative amount, a price less than €20 per night, or with a very considerable price difference with similar apartments in the area will be considered an error rate and the right to cancel is reserved. the same

IMAGES AND APARTMENTS

The photos of all the complexes are 100% real and representative of each of the complexes. As there are dozens of apartments in each complex, it is impossible for us to have all the rooms of all the apartments on the website, however all the apartments are represented in the photos. In this way, the photos will not belong to an apartment in question, so the client cannot assume that the apartment they are going to reserve will be exactly the one in the images.

Likewise, the reservation is confirmed in a type of apartment with specific characteristics that the client chooses and selects, but the specific apartment in question is not confirmed, this will be confirmed at the time of arrival. However, we will take any client preference into account and try to provide it.

 

SUPPLEMENTS

The complementary and exclusive services of each apartment usually carry a supplement, which in any case is payable at reception at the time of check -in. The services that usually have supplements are:

  • Air conditioning (hot/cold)
  • Parking
  • Pets
  • WIFI
  • Towel rental
  • Cribs
  • Late check-out until 2:00 p.m.

Some accommodations may offer some of these services free of charge; if so, it will be indicated in the description of each establishment.
