What is the Zaragoza Marathon like?

The Zaragoza Marathon will feature two distances, as in previous years: the Marathon (42 km) and the 10K (10 km). The marathon, the most emblematic event, will begin at 8:30 a.m. from Plaza del Pilar, while the 10K will start at 8:50 a.m.

Participants in the Zaragoza Marathon will run through Zaragoza's most iconic landmarks: the banks of the Ebro River with its bridges, the modern Expo Zone, the city center with its main thoroughfares including Paseo de la Independencia, Plaza Aragón, and Plaza España, and many of the Aragonese capital's neighborhoods. The finish line in Plaza del Pilar will be the perfect ending to celebrate receiving their finisher's medal.

For those who see the Marathon as too much of a challenge, the 10K, also starting and finishing at the Pilar, offers a fast, flat, and urban course that will delight all participants.
