Our Villas Gandía Marenys 3000 are beautiful holiday rental villas in Gandía , one of the most touristic towns on the Valencia Coast .

These are spacious, modern and fully equipped holiday villas for a pleasant holiday with your partner, your family or a small group of friends.

  • Distribution of accommodation:

We have various types of accommodation, the most common layout and equipment being as follows:

Villas 4/6: They have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a double sofa bed in the living room, kitchen, bathroom and garden patio.

  • Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped. Among other things, it has an oven, refrigerator, microwave, gas stove and all the household items necessary for a holiday stay.

  • Living room

The villas have a very spacious living-dining room, with a sofa, tables, chairs and a television area.

  • Bathroom

The accommodations have a bathroom with a shower or bathtub so you can relax with a nice bubble bath after enjoying a day of sun and beach.

  • Yard

You can enjoy the sun and the Mediterranean breeze on the spacious patio surrounding the accommodation. You can also eat sheltered from the sun thanks to the shaded dining area.

The Villas Gandía Marenys 3000 are located just 100 metres from the Venecia beach in Gandía, one of the most beautiful and peaceful beaches in the town. They are just 4.5 kilometres from the centre of Gandía, in a very quiet, residential and predominantly family-friendly area, and have very good connections.

The delivery of keys will be made as indicated in the service voucher that you should have received in the email just at the end of the booking.

To check the place to pick up the keys of your apartment just enter your last name, the destination you are traveling to and the date you will arrive (date of entry to the apartment) and we will show you the specific information of your reservation.

Comment that one set of keys is delivered per apartment, for the safety of the apartment and since we consider that people who choose to travel in groups do so to be together throughout the vacation, we do not consider it necessary to have a second set of keys. In very specific cases it could be considered to give a second set of keys

TYPOLOGY

We have apartments, studios, chalets or villas among our product whose typology will depend on the cases:

  • Studios: they are one-story buildings without separate bedrooms, the living room serves as a bedroom and in many cases this space is also shared with the kitchenette. In either case, the bathroom will always be independent. Sometimes the studios have a reserved space or cabin.
  • Apartments: they are one-story buildings with independent bedrooms and that vary depending on each complex. They are always specified with the number of rooms and its maximum capacity.
  • Chalets and villas: they are buildings with the same typology as the apartments but that have 2 heights and direct access from the street to it.

DISTRIBUTION

The capacity and distribution in any case is indicated in each reservation option, as a general rule or by the number of specific rooms in each apartment and the maximum capacity of each one or specified by a series of numbers (2/4, 4 /6, 6/8, 2/6, etc.).

The first number will tell us the number of people who are going to sleep in beds (double, single or bunk beds) and the second number the maximum capacity that each property can accommodate, the difference between the two numbers being the number of people that They will sleep on sofa beds.

Example: in a 2/4 apartment , 2 indicates that it has a room with beds for 2 people, and 4 indicates the maximum number of people that can stay in it, of which 2 will sleep on sofa beds.

 

Our apartments are perfectly equipped for a vacation. The specific services of each apartment can be consulted in the section "characteristics" in the descriptive card of each apartment. There are a number of features common to all of them that we comment below.

Remember that our apartments include consumer goods for a first use and if the customer has not brought it from home and the stores are closed. Thus we recommend the clients to bring with them shampoo, gel, toilet paper, kitchen goods such as salt, oil etc as well as any goods that the client thinks he/she will need. Some apartments do include these items, if so, it is detailed in the description of each accommodation

The apartment is delivered with a basic cleaning kit for a first and only use, this kit usually includes cloth, scourer and soap.

The apartments are provided with cleaning elements (mops and brushes) but not cleaning products (floor cleaners, bleach...).

The general schedules are as follows:

    • Entries from 17:00 to 20:00 hours.
    • Departures until 10:00 hours.

Timetables for accommodation in Segur de Calafell:

    • Entries from 17 to 19 hours.
  • Departures until 10 hours.

Out of hours arrivals and departures may carry supplements.

For departures and arrivals outside these hours, you must consult at least 24 hours in advance with the staff of each destination on the telephone number provided with the travel documents (once the reservation is made).

For arrivals outside these hours it is essential to call the reception of each apartment within 24 hours prior to arrival so that our staff can discuss the place and manner of key collection. The contact has to be by phone call and not by email, whatsapp or other means for the sole purpose of ensuring that the conversation has taken place. With this contact we intend to avoid contacts from customers who notify their arrival time assuming that the destination staff will read it and that for any problem (bad connection, workload...) our staff does not read the message in time and when the customer arrives at destination is not found with anyone

A deposit of 150€ is usually requested in all our accommodations, although this amount may vary depending on the location, booking dates and age of the guests. The only purpose of requesting this deposit is to guarantee the good use of the accommodations and its common areas. In the "booking conditions" of each accommodation you can see the specific amount of the deposit. At the departure of the clients, Apartamentos 3000 will check each property to check for any possible damage and, in case of finding any kind of damage, it will be charged to the client's account.

The deposit is made through a blocking with a bank card, when the client checks in (online or in person) or a few days before arrival in the case of large groups. The money never leaves the client's current account, the amount is simply blocked as a deposit that will be available to Apartments 3000 until the status of the accommodation is checked after the client's departure.

It will be the cleaning staff who will be in charge of checking the accommodation after the client's departure, and who will give the order to release the deposit. The period for the release of the security deposit will generally never be longer than 24-48 hours. If the client has any delay with his return, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible. Once the security deposit is released the client will not see a deposit in his current account but the removal of the blockage made.

In international transactions many banks may take up to 7 days to update the information, depending on holidays. The release date of this block depends on the conditions that the customer has signed with his bank, which can usually be found in the contract of his bank card.

Depending on the management model of each bank, it is possible that the period of time in which the deposit is blocked can be no longer than 7 days. In these cases, if more than 7 days pass between the date on which the block was made and the departure of the client from the accommodation, the bank will make another block and cancel the previous one, sending the client a receipt with both movements. In the operations of the account the client will be able to see these movements, of blocking and unblocking. It is important to clarify that, in none of these movements of blocking the deposit, the money actually leaves the client's bank account

Some of our resorts called VARIOUS do not have a specific address, this is a roulette offer where the booking is confirmed in a specific type of apartment within a specific perimeter or location but not in a specific resort, this resort is confirmed at the time of check-in. Customers may indicate resort preferences which are taken into account but not confirmed in any case.

    The photos of all resorts are 100% real and representative of each resort. As we own dozens of apartments in each complex, it is impossible for us to have all the rooms of all the apartments on the website, however all the apartments are represented in the photos. Thus, the photos will not belong to an apartment in question so the customer can not assume that the apartment to be booked will be exactly the one in the images.

    Also, the reservation is confirmed in a type of apartment with specific characteristics that the customer chooses and selects, but is not confirmed the specific apartment in question, this will be confirmed at the time of arrival. However, any preference of the client will be taken into account and we will try to provide it

    The complementary and exclusive services of each accommodation usually have a supplement, which can be paid during the booking process on our website or at the accommodation itself at the time of check-in. All extra services that have supplement are subject to availability.

    Services that usually have supplements are: Air conditioning, heating, parking, pets, Wi-Fi, towel rental, cribs, late check-out, late check-in or early check-in.

    Some apartments may offer free of charge any of these services, in the case of being so, it will be indicated in the description of each establishment.

    We remind you that our apartments do not include tourist taxes that each locality has legally established at all times.

    We remind you that for safety and legislation minors must travel accompanied by an adult who is responsible for them.

    In case the adult is the father, mother or guardian of the child and travels with him/her, no additional documentation is required at check-in, but in case the parent or guardian does not travel with the minor, the guest will have to present along with the documentation during check-in a receipt in which the parent or guardian authorizes the minor to travel accompanied by an adult member who will occupy the same apartment as the minor. In addition to this consent, the adult who will be responsible for the minor must sign their consent.
