ACCOMMODATION FOR THE BIESCAS AUTUMN FAIR 2025

The Biescas Town Council is preparing the next edition of the Autumn Fair , which will be held on October 18 and 19, 2025.

This gastronomic fair brings together leading cheese producers every year. It also includes exhibitors from various sectors, performances, family activities, and livestock auctions.

Once autumn arrives, Biescas dresses up to welcome producers from all over Aragon, southern France, and other Autonomous Communities. Cheese is the star product of this traditional fair, which also features a prestigious Cheese Competition, in which a jury selects the best.

Over 5 tons of cheese are sold this weekend, and thousands of tastings are held.
